What does being a "healer" mean?

When I identify as a “healer,” I am affirming my commitment to healing myself as an offering to those I work with and my loved ones. I aim to embody the frequency of healing to the fullest extent possible on any given day and from there invite others to join me in that frequency through their own wisdoms and methods.
I offer my practices and tools as options, yet sometimes what I offer is more just the space and curiosity for others’ self discovery.
My life experiences hold as  much significance as my credentials, if not more.

Therapeutic Modalities

Somatic Therapy

Engage in body-centered therapy to release trauma and promote emotional healing through physical awareness.

Hypnotherapy

Utilize guided hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, facilitating positive change and overcoming personal barriers.

EFT Tapping

Apply Emotional Freedom Techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety by tapping on meridian points.

The Story of Tonic Wellspring

The name and logo for Tonic Wellspring came in waves of inspiration responding to questions of how I want to be and serve our world.

The logo itself points to an overflowing and regenerating wellspring of effervescent water 💦 an essential element of life on earth 🌍

The regenerating nature of the fountain ⛲️ illustrates how what goes up then comes down but only so it may flow continuously in an infinite cycle, sustainably exchanging water between the segments, giving and receiving in reciprocity, moving to and fro. This speaks to the collaborative manner in which I relate to my work and clients.

The flame 🔥 atop indicates a balancing elemental energy ✨ and also points to the paradoxical nature of growth and healing. We must learn how to lean into discomfort in order to expand our access to long term pleasures and greatest potentials.

There is breathing 🌬 room between the vessels which is symbolic of incremental progression.

Tonic Wellspring: Healing Arts

This business practice is all about synthesizing and paying forward the tools I’ve gathered in my own journey to becoming my own hero and receiving the lessons of fellow heroic life stories. The mindsets and methods I’ve found most effective for transcending survival mode and transmuting toxicity into a tonic recipe for thriving has truly been a creative process. This points to why the tagline is Healing Arts.

Anyone open to grow through what they go through finds their resilience is based on alchemizing pain into golden nuggets of wisdom. @tonicwellspring is dedicated to supporting those in that process metabolizing emotional baggage, upgrading roadmaps to self-regulation, and finding more moments of fulfillment. Furthermore, those truly hungry to heal and experience joy. Those here to move the collective from the age of information (knowing) to the age of embodiment (doing and being; implementing knowledge with holistic insight and integrity). I want to work with those holding a vision of themselves stepping into their most empowered self understanding that that is the greatest gift to anyone you love and every interconnected aspect of life!

I’m here to help you move from letting your spirit be a slave to your egoic ideas of who you think you are or should be to steadily harnessing your ego to the function of your spiritual purpose. Let your highest self lead you and allow me to help you

If this resonates, consider signing up for a free discovery call  – whether you’d like to consider my services or propose a collaboration, I’d love to connect with you.

Tonic Wellspring was born out of a deep desire to create a sanctuary for healing and personal transformation. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing a diverse array of wellness services that cater to the unique needs of each client. With a foundation in empowerment coaching and therapeutic arts, we are committed to fostering a community where healing and growth are accessible to all. Our journey began with a vision to blend traditional and innovative practices, and today, we continue to evolve, guided by the principles of compassion, integrity, and holistic care.

My Healing Journey

Embarking on my personal healing journey was a transformative experience that reshaped my understanding of empowerment. It takes a warrior spirit and loving awareness to transmute pain into power. Ultimately, it led me to the vision of Tonic Wellspring. Through years of philosophical exploration and self-discovery, I have embraced a multidimensional approach to health that integrates mind, body, and spirit. This path led me to study various therapeutic arts, including somatic processes and hypnotherapy, which have become integral to my practice.
By sharing my story, I hope to inspire others to embark on their own journeys towards healing and empowerment. @tanajvonisser
